If the actual industry demands can be accurately matched and the division of labor system of "research in Soochow University, pilot production in Jie Xuan, and mass production in the cluster" can be implemented, it will efficiently accelerate the industrialization and large-scale application of scientific and technological innovation achievements. 

The textile industries in each province of the Yangtze River Delta have their own focuses: Shanghai mainly focuses on fashion design and trade, Jiangsu and Zhejiang excel in product manufacturing and brand building, and Anhui has advantages in raw material supply and cost control. The core significance of the research institute lies in integrating the advantageous resources of these regions to help the textile industry of the Yangtze River Delta achieve a "value chain leap". The ultimate goal of the tripartite cooperation model is to break through the limitations of "single institution cooperation" and form a self-circulating and continuously growing innovative ecosystem.
