On June 27, China Textile Construction Planning Institute and China Unicom Clothing Manufacturing Corps (hereinafter referred to as the "clothing Corps") completed a strategic cooperation signing in Zhejiang, and the modern textile industry intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute was officially unveiled. At the event, the Clothing Corps comprehensively demonstrated the capabilities of the Corps in scientific and technological innovation, product capabilities, benchmark cases, "N+X" practice, clothing cloud, clothing textile industry Internet platform, etc., which was highly recognized by the participants.


At the event, Yu Yungang, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Zhejiang Unicom, introduced certain achievements made by the clothing Corps in science and technology innovation, products, consulting capabilities, ecology and brand building.

It is understood that in May last year, China Unicom opened the industry corps model, and set up nine industry ten corps for key vertical industries. The clothing corps became one of the first ten corps of China Unicom.


For the clothing field, the Clothing Corps uses Unicom's unique big connection, big computing, big data, big application, and big security to create four core applications: 5G clothing intelligent production system, clothing workshop brain, digital Kanban, and clothing supply chain collaboration platform. "Clothes Cloud", an industrial Internet platform in the textile and garment field built on the basis of Unicom Cloud, provides one-stop end-to-end + light application services, carrying enterprise R & D and design, supply chain collaboration, production and manufacturing, intelligent logistics and other business scenarios.


Since the beginning of this year, the clothing Corps has successively entered Ningbo, Qingdao, Henan and other industrial clusters to promote the digital transformation of the local clothing industry. At the event, the Clothing Corps carried out the sharing of "N+X shortlisted results, practice and promotion", and released to the society the latest achievement of "cloud edge collaborative solution for hybrid cloud industry in the textile and clothing field".


The sharing of "N+X shortlisted results, practice and promotion" mainly introduced the successful cases of the Garment Corps in the lightweight transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province. The Corps has successfully won the bid for "Ningbo Haishu clothing, Shaoxing Keqiao printing and dyeing, Jiaxing Jiashan buttons and other 5" N+X "number change projects. In the "N+X" number reform project, through field visits to a number of enterprises and communication with enterprise managers, the common and characteristic needs within the cluster are extracted, helping enterprises to penetrate specific and clear quantitative indicators into all aspects of management. The Garment Corps will also provide lean management training for enterprises to help optimize the production process, improve the operation efficiency of enterprises, reduce costs, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.


At the same time, the "Cloud edge collaborative solution for hybrid cloud industry Application in the textile and apparel field" released is an important achievement of 5G cloud network enabling vertical industries. After the release of the results of the clothing Corps, China Unicom Zhejiang Branch signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the China Textile Construction Planning Institute, and the modern textile industry Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute was officially unveiled.


The establishment of the Institute will integrate the advantages of both sides in technology, resources and market, focusing on industrial digitization, cluster digitization, specific process digitization technology and artificial intelligence application, and conduct in-depth research and product co-creation.
