Talent is the greatest productivity. Wangjia Agriculture had no shortage of orders last year, but its output could not keep up with it. So it had to find other factories to do the manufacturing for it, and also rejected many orders. Since there is no sales team and no new customers, all the orders are old customers, so there is still a great potential to be tapped in market development. This year plans to build a new workshop, expand the scale of production, and further explore the foreign trade market. Liu Honghui said, "Last year, some partners from India and other countries planned to visit our factory to discuss cooperation, but they were delayed due to the epidemic. This year, we plan to make efforts in foreign trade."

At the beginning of the New Year, Liu Honghui enterprises in the bank to apply for 2 million yuan discount loans will be issued in place. In the next stage, he plans to further promote the company's brand, develop the e-commerce sector and sell its products overseas by setting up an account of his company, Tiktok.

Liu Honghui, 49, is from a Hu-shaped mountain village in Niumasi town, Shaodong City. In 1992, he had a car accident. His right hand was disabled, his left ear was deaf, and he still owed more than 100,000 yuan in debt. In the face of setbacks, Liu Honghui did not fall, under the care and encouragement of the old folks, went out to do business in the accumulation of wealth. In 2015, he returned to his hometown to rent 70 mu of land and set up Wangjia Agriculture, a garment processing plant specializing in the research and development of bedding, cotton processing and production, and bedding sales. Last year, the annual output value of Liu Honghui's company reached 21 million yuan, driving 32 people from more than 10 disabled families to become rich together.

He plans to build 100 caring shops providing employment for disabled people in Shaoyang City from 2023 to 2025, recruit 100 small and medium-sized enterprises as the production base of the "Double Hundred Project", and lead more than 100 disabled families to get rich together. We will expand and strengthen the real economy and serve local economic development.
