Polypropylene spinning machine embodies intelligent technology in the fine place!
The function of the polypropylene spinning machine is to make the molten melt enter the spinning boxes through the bends, spray out from the spinning head through the metering pump, condense and solidify into filaments, and then continue to cool through the hoistway and finally take shape. The polypropylene spinning machine is mainly composed of a spinning control system, a biphenyl boiler control system, and a winding machine control system.
The spinning control system of the polypropylene spinning machine mainly includes the metering pump drive control, the oil pump drive control, and some on-site temperature and pressure signal collection records. Each spinning position on the scene is equipped with a button box, the start and stop of the metering pump and the oil pump are controlled by the on-site button, so the frequency conversion enable signal is generally given by the terminal. Because the metering pump and the oil pump are synchronous motors, frequency conversion requires only general open-loop control. The difference between the metering pump and the oil pump control is that the metering pump is usually driven by a frequency converter for one drive, while the oil pump is driven by a variable frequency one for multiple drives.
