Equipment structure and working principle
The polypropylene FDY spinning machine is mainly composed of core components such as the automatic feeding system, screw extruder, spinning box, metering pump, side blowing device, drawing hot roller, network device, and winding system. The equipment adopts an integrated design, achieving continuous production from raw material input to finished product winding. The screw extruder melts polypropylene chips into a melt, which is precisely measured by a metering pump and then enters the spinning assembly. It is extruded through the spinneret to form primary fibers. Subsequently, the fibers are cooled and solidified by side-blowing air, then stretched and oriented through multi-stage drawing hot rollers. Finally, they are interwoven by a network device and wound into a tube.

The equipment adopts high-frequency hot roller heating technology, which features low energy consumption and uniform temperature control. The temperature of the hot roller can be precisely controlled within the range of 80-160℃. The side-blowing air system has a uniform and stable wind speed, ensuring the consistency of the fiber cooling process. The equipment operates stably and reliably with a low failure rate and is easy to operate and maintain. The spinning process speed can reach 2800m/min, with high production efficiency. In addition, the equipment also has a network function, which can produce network filament products, improving the bundling property and processing performance of the fibers.
