On the afternoon of August 14th, the “2018 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition” was held in Hangzhou. The meeting was chaired by the Vice President of China Textile Machinery Association/Deputy General of Beijing Tiger International Exhibition Co., Ltd. Manager Gu Ping presided over the meeting. Nearly 200 people from 2018 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition exhibitors, contractors and other related units attended the meeting. The meeting focused on the exhibition situation, exhibitors and contractor's notices, exhibition technical services, exhibition logistics and transportation. Five aspects of service and intellectual property were introduced to introduce the exhibition.

Liang Pengcheng, Vice President of Textile Industry Branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade / General Manager of Beijing Taigesite International Exhibition Co., Ltd. made a presentation report on the exhibition of the organizer, introduced the basic situation of the exhibition, the process allocation area, the dismantling time, and the audience. Introduction to the registration hall, transportation around the exhibition hall, free bus shuttle service, and the impact of the exhibition on the textile machinery exhibition.

Peng Chunyan, senior manager of the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), introduced the requirements, requirements and precautions of exhibitors and contractors, and explained the contents of the exhibition hall.

Chen Long, deputy manager of Beijing Pico Exhibition Co., Ltd. introduced the TSP construction certificate handling and OPS on-site handling business, and explained that due to the influence of China International Import Expo, on-site construction safety and power safety inspections are likely to increase. Conduct political examinations for the construction workers.

Wu Zhaoming, the general manager of Yunzhan Global Logistics Co., Ltd. (Shanghai), gave an OLC operation introduction report and introduced the OLC operation contents from the aspects of OLC service, transportation vehicle management, empty box storage, and North Square container/empty container stacking.

Vice President Gu Ping gave a report on the IPR protection work of the exhibition, and specifically introduced the work arrangement of IPR protection at 2018. 1. Established the IP Office of the exhibition; 2. The IPR complaint handling procedure will be released on the official website of the exhibition one month in advance. Complaints, and start working one day ahead of the exhibition period; 3. All Chinese and foreign exhibitors participating in 2018 should sign the "Intellectual Property Protection Commitment" (Exhibitor Manual Table 25) to protect the interests of exhibitors. When referring to the acceptance of intellectual property rights in the exhibition for 16 years, President Gu said that the total number of complaints was the lowest in the previous exhibitions, and he also provided relevant suggestions for this year's textile machinery exhibition.

The venue also arranged for the technical service providers and exhibition logistics service providers to answer questions for exhibitors and contractors on site.
