During the operation of the summer polypropylene spinning machine, problems such as overheating, accelerated component wear, and increased breakage of the spun fibers are prone to occur. By taking targeted maintenance and response measures, production interruptions can be effectively reduced.
For the overheating issue of the equipment, optimizing the cooling conditions should be given priority. Clean the dust accumulated on the motor cooling fans and cooling ports to ensure the cooling efficiency. Check the operation status of the workshop ventilation equipment and replace the aged filters in time to ensure air circulation and lower the environmental temperature. If the temperature of the motor or the box is too high, immediately stop the machine to cool down, check whether it is caused by excessive load or poor lubrication, and handle the problem before restarting the equipment.
Specialized maintenance for key components should be strengthened. For the spinning box, monitor the temperature of each area daily to ensure that the fluctuations are within a reasonable range, avoiding abnormal temperature causing poor melt flow and affecting the strength of the fiber. The guide wire system needs to be checked in particular, checking whether the guide wire wheels rotate smoothly, whether the ceramic parts have chipped or scratched, and replacing them in time to prevent scratches on the fiber. The winding device should be calibrated regularly, checking the operation status of the horizontal moving mechanism, adjusting the contact roller pressure, to avoid forming problems such as bulging or sagging on the spun cake.
The frequency of inspections during high-temperature periods should be increased. During the summer noon when the temperature is high, arrange personnel to conduct inspections every 2-3 hours, focusing on the temperature of the motor, control cabinet, and spinning area, record key parameters, and handle any abnormalities promptly. Shift the high-load processes to the cooler times in the morning and evening, reducing the continuous load of the equipment under high temperatures. At the same time, keep good operation records, detail the abnormal phenomena such as increased breakage and pressure fluctuations, to facilitate subsequent troubleshooting.
Prevent moisture and corrosion. During the summer, the air humidity is high, which can cause electrical components to get damp and short-circuit. Regularly check the insulation performance of the motor, and take moisture-proof sealing treatment for the control cabinet. Regularly wipe the metal parts of the equipment, and apply anti-rust agents when necessary to avoid accelerated rusting in the humid environment. Strengthen the maintenance of the raw material drying system, weekly clean the filter and heating tubes of the dryer, and calibrate the temperature sensors monthly to prevent excessive moisture content in the raw materials from causing spinning faults.
