In the cooling and forming process, the equipment is equipped with a uniform and stable side blowing air system. By adjusting the wind speed and temperature, the molten stream can be uniformly cooled, reducing the unevenness of the yarn. The cooled and solidified filament then enters the drawing zone, where it is stretched and thermally shaped through the cooperation of multiple drawing rollers to ensure the stability of the internal structure of the fiber.
