On January 9th, the fifth and third regular meeting of the Henan Province Clothing Industry Association was held in Zhengzhou. The meeting was themed "Unifying New Quality Production Forces and Weaving the Dream of a Fashion Strong Province", and explicitly proposed that it would focus on cultivating new quality production forces as the main line, strive to build a modern textile industry system, promote Henan from a processing province to a design province, a brand province, and a fashion province, and accelerate its progress towards an industrial scale of one trillion yuan. 

Currently, the national textile and garment industry is in a critical stage of structural adjustment and spatial reconfiguration. Henan, as a populous province and a major manufacturing province, has a large labor force, a complete industrial hinterland, and a diversified and segmented industrial foundation. It is actively seizing the opportunities of industrial transfer and upgrading. The meeting has sent out a clear signal: Henan will strive to build a benchmark base for the textile and garment industry like the "Foxconn" model. The core of this is not simply replicating a single enterprise model, but building a highly coordinated, intelligent and efficient, and sustainable modern manufacturing system. Through clustering, intelligence and factor coordination, it will systematically enhance the quality, efficiency and stability of the overall production capacity, in order to undertake large-scale and high-quality orders and meet the urgent market demand for high-quality production capacity. 

The representatives of the participating enterprises conducted in-depth discussions on the industrial scale layout. They believed that the key lies in forming an industrial ecosystem that can handle large-scale orders, ensure stable employment, and continuously upgrade.
