First, polyester POY spinning machine conventional spinning process

    Conventional spinning, also known as low-speed spinning, is the first industrial production of a process line. A three-step process route using a spinning twist-twisting a false twist deformation (UDY-DY-TY). Spinning speed of 100O ~ 1500m / min, tensile twisting speed of 600 ~ 1100m / min. False twist deformation speed of 120 ~ 160m / min, post-processing draw ratio of 3.5 to 4.2 times (false twist deformation before processing). Spinning 33 to 167 dtex filaments.

Conventional spinning can produce stretch yarn, but also the production of deformation of silk, which is characterized by mature technology, equipment, stable operation, easy to grasp the technology, product quality is better, good dyeing uniformity. But the process is long, low production efficiency.

Second, the speed spinning process

    Medium speed spinning is a two step process. Spinning speed of 1800 ~ 2500m / min, made semi-pre-oriented wire (MOY). There are two process routes for medium speed spinning.

    1.MOY-DY process

    This process uses medium-speed spinning, low-speed drawing. A spinning speed of 1800 to 2500 m / min, a stretching and twisting speed of 800 to 1200 m / min, and a spun yarn of 33 to 167 dtex, typically 75 dtex and 50 dtex. Its production efficiency is lower than that of high speed spinning, and the product quality is worse than conventional spinning.

    2.MOY-DTY process

This process uses medium-speed spinning, high-speed tensile deformation. MOY residual stretching ratio of 2.1 to 2.4 times the tensile deformation speed of 400 ~ 500m / min, can be spinning 55 ~ 88dtex deformation of the wire, more than 110dtex need to be two yarns together into a cheese. The production efficiency and product quality of this process is less than POY-DTY process.

Third, high-speed spinning process

    The spinning speed of high-speed spinning is 3000 to 3600 m / min, and pre-oriented yarn (POY) can be obtained. High-speed spinning has three process routes.

    l.POY-DTY process

    This process uses high-speed spinning, high-speed tensile deformation, is a typical two-step process line, is the production of the largest silk wire route.

    POY processing speed is usually 400 ~ 800m / min, can be spinning 50 ~ 167dtex deformation wire (DTY). Its characteristics for the short process, high production efficiency, infrastructure investment province. POY can be long-term storage, long-distance transport; DTY quality.

    2. POY-TY process

    This T-art using high-speed spinning, low-voltage false twist deformation (rotor false twist method), can be spinning 111 ~ 167dtex deformation of the wire. This process is technically unreasonable.

    3.POY-DY process

This process uses high-speed spinning, low-speed drawing twist, can be spinning 55 ~ 110dtex drawing wire. Stretching ratio of 1.3 to 1.7 times, using the general stretch twisting machine. This process is not as good as UDY.

Fourth, spinning stretch one step process

There are two kinds of production process, one is the spinning speed of 900 ~ 1500m / min, the tensile speed of 3200 ~ 4000m / min, the draw ratio of 3.5 times, can be spinning 55 ~ 165dtex stretch yarn; another The spinning speed is 2600 to 3500 m / min and the stretching speed is 5100 to 5500 m / min. This process produces filaments called FDY.

Fifth, other spinning process

    Polyester filament production process in addition to the above several, there are high orientation wire (HOY) production process and high crystalline wire (HCY) production process.

    Highly oriented wire (HOY) also known as fully oriented wire. This process uses one-step ultra-high-speed spinning, spinning winding speed of 5500 ~ 6000m / min. Due to the large increase in the nozzle stretching, the degree of fiber orientation is greatly improved, but the crystal grain is large, the amorphous area is low, the dyeing performance of the fiber is better, but the elongation is too large (about 40%), Around the speed increased to 7000 ~ 8000m / min, elongation still can not meet the general requirements, is still in the experimental production stage.

    High-crystalline wire (HCY) is made by one-step drawing using high-speed spinning heat pipe. In the ordinary high-speed spinning process, before the fiber coagulation in the oil, add a section of heat pipe, the hot air will be heated to the glass above the glass transition temperature (softening point below), so that after the coagulation of the wire in the winding traction Under the effect of further stretching.
