The stable melt is extruded through the micro holes of the spinneret plate to form a uniform and continuous melt stream. It is rapidly cooled and solidified in the cooling air duct to form the initial fibers. At this time, the initial fibers have a loose molecular structure and insufficient physical properties. They need to undergo a stretching treatment by the equipment's thermal stretching mechanism to promote the directional and regular arrangement of the high molecular chains.

In combination with the heat setting process, the internal stress of the fibers is released, effectively improving the strength and dimensional stability of the finished filaments. At the same time, through oiling treatment, the static electricity of the filament is eliminated, the fiber cohesion is enhanced, and the problems of interrupted and floating filaments during production are avoided. Finally, the winding mechanism is used to wind the material at a constant tension, forming a qualified polypropylene filament cake.
