The polypropylene spinning machine is an important device in the field of synthetic fiber production, and its technical configuration directly affects the quality of the final product and production efficiency. In terms of equipment layout, the polypropylene spinning machine can be equipped with single-position, double-position or four-position structures, providing flexible configuration options for different production scales. The center distance between the spinning positions is designed to be between 1200 millimeters and 2000 millimeters, which ensures that the equipment has a reasonable operating and maintenance space. Each independent spinning position can be equipped with 2, 4, 6 or 8 spinning heads. This multi-head design is one of the effective ways to increase the output of a single machine.


The finished filaments produced by the equipment have a wide range of fineness coverage, from 180 Daniel to 2100 Daniel, which can meet the demands of downstream fields for different specifications of filaments. As the core component for melt conveying and metering, screw extruders come in a variety of diameter specifications, ranging from Φ 30mm to Φ 120mm, to meet different output requirements.


In the stretching process, the equipment is usually equipped with stretching roller sets of Φ190×330 mm or Φ180×280 mm in size, which are responsible for the stable stretching and shaping of the fibers. The linear speed of spinning and forming, that is, the winding speed, usually operates stably within the range of 1,500 to 3,000 meters per minute, ensuring the continuous and efficient production process.


In the winding section, the equipment can be well matched with winding machines of models such as A435, A635 or A835 to complete the winding and shaping of the final product, laying a foundation for subsequent twisting, weaving and other processes.
