The process control at this stage will have a significant impact on the mechanical properties of the fibers, and the wind speed and temperature parameters need to be adjusted in a timely manner according to the product requirements.


The fibers that have been initially formed still need to go through the stretching process. Under the synergistic effect of multiple sets of rollers, the fiber molecular chains are oriented and arranged, and their strength characteristics are significantly improved. In this step, controlling the speed ratio between each roller is an important guarantee for obtaining an ideal fiber structure.
