Secondly, there are melt conveying, distribution, spinning and insulation devices, including elbow pipes, spinning box bodies, etc. The elbow pipe is responsible for transporting the melt from the extruder to the spinning box. The melt distribution pipe inside the spinning box ensures the uniform distribution of the melt. The metering pump precisely controls the melt flow rate, and the spinning head assembly refines the melt into filaments. Meanwhile, the insulation device can maintain the stability of the melt temperature and ensure the spinning quality.

Furthermore, there is the filament cooling device, which consists of a spinning window and a cooling sleeve. The spinning window provides a stable environment for the filament, and the cooling sleeve cools the filament through a specific medium (such as air) to solidify and form it.

The last one is the wire collection device, which includes the wetting and oiling mechanism, the wire guiding structure and the winding machine or the wire receiving device. The wet oiling mechanism improves the performance of the filament, the wire guiding structure guides the direction of the filament, and the winding machine or the wire receiving device collects the filament into a roll, which is convenient for subsequent processing. Of course, according to the actual production needs, the polypropylene spinning machine can make corresponding renovations to these functional areas.
