Clean area: Equipped with a multi-stage filtration system (coarse filtration 80-120 mesh + fine filtration 1-5μm) and a degassing device to remove impurities and volatile substances, with a melt purity of over 99%.

Carding area (short fibers) : Through the combination of Silin-Doff needle cloth and air flow control, the fibers are carded into a uniform single-fiber web, with the CV value of the uniformity of the raw strips ≤3.5%.

Stretching zone: It adopts cold and hot roller groups and tension closed-loop control, with a stretching ratio of 2.5-5.0 times, enhancing fiber strength (POY breaking strength 3.0-3.8cN/dtex) and orientation.

Winding area: Equipped with high-speed winding heads and automatic yarn dropping systems, the defect rate of winding forming is ≤1.5%, and it supports traceable production of GRS-certified products.
