Polypropylene spinning machine equipment is used to process polypropylene (PP) and other polymer materials into polypropylene fiber professional equipment.
Working principle of polypropylene spinning machine equipment
Polypropylene spinning machine uses the characteristics of polymer material melting and flow at high temperature, heating polypropylene slicing and other raw materials to a molten state, extrusion through the screw extruder, after the metering pump accurate measurement, extrusion from the small hole in the spinneret to form a wire tow, and then through a series of processes such as cooling, stretching, winding, and finally forming polypropylene fiber.
Structural composition
Feeding system: mainly includes hopper, drying device, etc. The hopper is used to store the polypropylene raw material, and the drying device is to remove the water in the raw material to prevent the water from causing fiber quality problems during the spinning process, such as bubbles, broken heads, embrittlement, etc.
Heating melting system: usually consists of a screw extruder and a heating device. The screw extruder pushes the raw material forward through a rotating screw, while heating devices are set in different sections of the screw to gradually heat up the raw material to a molten state. The heating device generally uses electric heating or thermal oil heating, which can accurately control the temperature to ensure uniform melting of raw materials.
Metering system: The metering pump is the core component of the metering system, which can precisely control the extrusion amount of the molten material and ensure the uniform thickness of the spun fiber. Metering pumps usually adopt high-precision gear pumps or plunger pumps, and different specifications and models can be selected according to production needs.
Spinneret system: composed of spinneret plate and spinning box. The spinneret has a number of tiny spinneret holes through which the molten material is extruded to form strands. The spinning box provides a stable working environment for the spinneret, including temperature, pressure and other aspects of control.
Cooling system: After the tow is extruded from the spinneret, it needs to be cooled and solidified quickly to form a stable fiber shape. The cooling system is generally air-cooled or water-cooled, and the cooling speed and effect of the wire bundle are controlled by adjusting the speed and temperature of the cooling wind or the flow and temperature of the cooling water.
Drawing system: Drawing is an important process to improve the strength and performance of polypropylene fiber. The drawing system is usually composed of several drawing rollers, which stretch the tow by drawing rollers with different speeds, so that the molecular chains in the fiber are arranged along the axial orientation of the fiber, so as to improve the strength, modulus and other performance indicators of the fiber.
Winding system: the stretched fiber is wound into a certain specification of silk cake or bobbin for subsequent processing and use. The winding system includes winding head, tension control device and other components, which can accurately control the winding speed, tension and other parameters to ensure the winding quality.
