5. The wind speed of the blowing device should be stable, and there is no violent floating or silk phenomenon. The wind speed difference rate on the same horizontal plane of single spinning point in the ring blowing device should be no more than 15, and the wind speed difference rate on the same horizontal plane of single spinning point in the side blowing device should be no more than 20.

6. The wire channel and the contact part of the wire bundle should be smooth and no wire hanging.

The spinning control system of polypropylene spinning machine mainly includes the transmission control of metering pump, the transmission control of oil pump and the collection and recording of some on-site temperature and pressure signals. Each spinning position on site is equipped with a button box. The start and stop of metering pump and oil pump are controlled by the button on site, so the enable signal of frequency conversion is generally given by the terminal.
