15 Good insulation of electrical equipment and wiring, insulation resistance ≥1 Mi2.

16 metal enclosure protective grounding reliable, grounding resistance ≤ 0.1 Q.

17 Electrical components shall withstand a withstand voltage test for 1 min at a test voltage ≥1,500 V and shall be disconnected from the test not capable of withstanding the above high voltage components.
