According to the characteristics of industrial cluster distribution, the layout of a number of intelligent transformation of "one-stop" service providers; In view of the imbalance in digital intelligent transformation of leading enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, promote the "chain master" enterprises to open digital resources, and drive the upstream and downstream joint transformation. After the transformation of this clothing enterprise in Ningbo, its production capacity has increased by 50%, and it has also realized data connectivity and sharing from front-end sales to back-end production.

As of November this year, more than 55,000 enterprises in Zhejiang have completed digital transformation, and professional industrial Internet platforms have been built for 45 sub-sectors such as textile and apparel and auto parts. In the first three quarters of this year, the regional GDP of Zhejiang reached 6,261.8 billion yuan, an increase of 5.4%, and the industrial added value above designated size increased by 7.8%, among which, the automobile and textile industries increased by 20.2% and 10.6% respectively, forming eight national advanced manufacturing clusters such as modern textile and garment around Hangzhou Bay and industrial machinery in eastern Zhejiang.
